Phi Chi Theta
Become Part of the Legacy

Spring 2025 Recruitment

The Recruitment Process

01

Application

Recruitment begins with a written application that our recruitment team reviews holistically. The application is a way to highlight leadership, unique skills, and business experience and consists of a resume and short answer questions.

02

Networking

This first interview round is casual and meant to get to know each applicant better. There are three tables: PCT Interest, Career Interest, and Personal Interest,  where members of PCT will ask questions on the assigned topic.

03

Interview

The final interview round is more formal. Applicants should be prepared to deliver their elevator pitch as well as answer technical, behavioral, and situational questions. This round is a way for you to show your preparedness, intellect, and business interest through your responses.
